The Confidentiality training consist of a powerpoint presentation and an online course.  You can access the powerpoint at the above link.  Below is the directions and link for the course.  Once you have completed the course you will get a certificate.  Please submit this certificate to the Principal/Immediate Supervisor

Next, click on FERPA 101: For Local Education Agencies.  This will move you to another page.  Choose FERPA 101: For Local Education Agencies.
Then, create an account by choosing register as a new user.  You will be asked to put in your First/Last Name, email, state.  When it asks for Organizational affiliation, choose Local/District Education Agency. 
Now, create a password and confirm the password.  Click on submit.


You will be assigned courses.  Choose FERPA 101 for Local Education Agencies by clicking on the word start beside the title.  Complete the course.
